Born in the beautiful and historic city of Bamberg Germany, Jeannie was
an Army brat in her youth, and spent a total of 25 years in Germany
before marrying her husband Thomas. Now she lives in Vermont, and when
she isn't working part time in the local elementary school as a
substitute teacher, she is doing what she loves best: drawing, painting
and photography.

Jeannie designs and produces unique greeting cards, creating the
artwork for her cards by drawing the subject by hand with pen and ink,
and then scanning it into the computer, where she adds colorful
effects.

Recently, Jeannie has added photography to her repertoire.  She has
included photos in her selection of cards, as well as standalone
full-size photographic prints. Her favorite subjects are animals and
flowers with insects.

As well as being a member of the Milton Artist's Guild, Jeannie is a
member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Vermont Artists
Association.
