The Executive Director will be the external face of this dynamic arts organization with the vision to elevate the arts in Vermont for all ages. Responsibilities include external relations (70% of the time): collaborating with community partners, fundraising (cultivating donor relationships, grant writing, running fundraising events), and internal operations (30% of the time): overseeing part-time staff, formulation, and implementation of a $250K annual budget, marketing, event planning, maintaining a strong relationship with the Board of Directors, and membership stewardship.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the gallery to include  overseeing part-time staff, assisting with financial operations, event planning and execution, social media presence, volunteer coordination, and membership stewardship.
