J.P. Choquette is (in order): an imperfect Christian, a wife and mother, a storyteller, a seeker of beauty and coziness, a lover of curious bits of history and a voracious reader. She lives in northwestern Vermont where she writes mystery and suspense novels set in the area.
Choquette has a bachelor's degree in psychology and is continually fascinated by human behavior. Her novels are fast-paced and often have an underlying theme of social justice.
Visiting junk shops, making upcycled art and drinking hot beverages are some of her other passions, along with being outdoors, preferably surrounded by trees. --
