Kelli Shepard
President

Kelli Shepherd resides in Milton with her husband Dan and their cherished cat, Daisy. A proud mother of two daughters and two granddaughters, Kelli finds joy and inspiration in her family.
With over 20 years of experience in health information management, Kelli brings a wealth of leadership and operational expertise to her role as Board President. Her professional background is rooted in strategic thinking, collaboration, and a passion for organizational excellence—skills she is excited to apply in service of the Guild’s mission.
As an artist member of the Guild, Kelli is a dedicated advocate for its unique role in enriching the community through the arts. She is committed to fostering accountability, engagement, and innovation, and looks forward to working alongside fellow board members to advance the Guild’s strategic goals and vision.

Liz Reardon
Vice President
(1-year term • 2025-2026)

Liz has been an Artist member of the guild since 2018, and has an extensive background in organizational development and strategic planning, She is committed to make the arts accessible to the entire community and believes that everyone deserves to have their creativity recognized and supported.
Liz studied Studio Art at Brown University and co-directed the Children’s Summer Art Program at the Cummington Community of the Arts. While she was an administrator at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, she served as liaison to The City’s Arts in Institutions Office, which supported artists in creating works for both public and patient care spaces. Liz has a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and is currently working on her Diplomate in
Precious Metal Clay from the London School of Lapidary Arts.

Julie Jones

Julie Jones is honored to serve as Secretary of the Milton Artists’ Guild, where she helps support the organization’s mission of inspiring creativity and building community through the arts.
​
In her role, she manages board communications, meeting records, and organizational documentation, ensuring smooth collaboration across the Guild.
​
Julie brings strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a passion for the arts to her work, and she is dedicated to helping MAG continue to grow as a vibrant space for artists and the community alike.

Jo Daly
Treasurer

With over twenty years of experience in financial management and reporting, Jo is dedicated to fostering financial stability and transparency.
​
She has played a key role in preparing monthly profit and loss statements and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Collaborating closely with executive management and staff, she supports smooth financial operations and strategic alignment.
As a proud Colchester resident, she brings both expertise and community commitment to her work — qualities that will be invaluable in helping MAG maintain strong financial health and plan for a sustainable future.
Thomas Petri

Tom lives in Fairfax, VT with his wife and son named Theo, who turns two in August. He is the branch manager of the KeyBank in Milton, VT. In his spare time, Tom enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and being outside.
Tom brings financial expertise to the table as well as potential financial support. While not an artist himself, he is passionate about art, particularly music, and whole heartedly believes that supporting artists is important.
