Katrina Meyers

Katrina Meyers is a watercolor, encaustic, and mixed media artist based in Colchester whose work explores light and natural forms and capturing the beauty of the everyday.

As a self-taught artist and lifelong photographer who works with words and technology during the day, their practice focuses on the use of color and light and texture and often incorporates text. Their work has been juried into the annual art show at the Birds of Vermont Museum for three years. They are inspired by Andrew Wyatt and Wendell Berry who capture light and everyday moments so beautifully. Through their art, they aim to help people admire and absorb the beauty that surrounds us in all things - large and small.
