Frank was born in Philadelphia and moved to Vermont in 1975. He has been married to Susanne since 1979, and they reside in Milton. 

He has been a photographer for many years, and once was a wedding photographer. He now specializes in scenic photography and loves living in Vermont, where every town, village, and city is rich in photographic opportunities. 

He loves vibrant color photos but also loves black and white as well. His photos have won awards, but he just loves to take photos just for the love of it.
